Navigating Grief in times of Celebration

Happy 1 year anniversary to this podcast!! I launched The Intuitive Rising Podcast on 1/23/23 in memory of my father who passed away 5 years previously. I felt it was very fitting to talk about my experiences with grief but also in navigating grief during celebratory times such as a new year, holiday season or birthday. Navigating Grief with Grace

In this episode of The Intuitive Rising Podcast, an emotional one, I share about my own personal journey with the grief and loss of losing a baby at 4 month pregnant and also about my grief of losing my father a few years later. Welcome to the Podcast

Welcome to The Intuitive Rising Podcast!  I’m your host Amy Brookes. Up until about  5 years ago, l I just your average 30 something mom of 3. After the sudden loss of my father, my life changed forever and the rising within me began to rumble. Although so much as changed in the last 5 years, it all feels familiar.
